| INSURANCE Hylant Group Expands to Indianapolis and Bloomington With Acquisition of Conseco Risk Management |

| (TOLEDO, OH 🙂 – The Hylant Group expands its operations to Central Indiana with the acquisition of Conseco Risk Management (CRM). W. Michael Wells will serve as President and CEO of Hylant of Indianapolis LLC, a Hylant Group company. With this acquisition, the Hylant Group becomes the largest privately owned independent insurance agent/broker in Indiana.
Wells, who previously served as the President and CEO of CRM, said, “We are truly excited to become part of the Hylant Group.
