Kevin W. Smith, CPA - Director

Kevin has spent over thirteen years in various merger, acquisition and financial consulting roles. Prior to co-founding Mystic Capital, Kevin spent a year and a half as Vice President in charge of the Southeast Region for BMG. Kevin also spent six years in public accounting and was a Manager with Ernst & Young where he was a member of the assurance practice, specializing in insurance, and the Entrepreneurial Services Practice. Kevin has a B.S. in Accountancy from Clemson University and is a CPA.
